Three Cord Consulting and Training Services (3CCTS) provide program development and implementation assistance to school districts, charter schools, YouthBuilds, and private facilities in need of alternative education services. In addition, training for staff and inspirational speakers for students are available. With over 50 years experience in the field of children and adolescents at risk, 3CCTS has a proven history of strategic planning, effective programming and supportive services.

There is a rising need of services for alternative education students in schools across the country today. The Alternative Education Grant for Disruptive Youth in Pennsylvania and national grants through HUD and AmeriCorp for YouthBuild are samples of available monies allotted to assist young people in becoming productive citizens within families and communities. However, the major challenge facing professionals is how to discover, implement and deliver quality services, train staff, assist parents while being fiscally responsible and prudent.
